Medic's Downfall - Source Filmmaker (WORK IN PROGRESS) (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=poU5ZbwEZos#ws)

The famous Hitler Rant from the movie Downfall, recreated in SFM. It's a Work in progress, that's why the animation towards the end is so crap.

ALL Animation is done by hand in the Graph Editor, including lipsync. None of that "Extract Phonemes" jazz is used.

Lipsyncing a language you don't understand is hard :o

You just gotta make the torso move more left and right to make it so he's really mad.

Yep, it's just that since I'm a beginner, animating multiple bodyparts ends up looking super awkward or unnatural.
