Oh my god, foxes have been my favorite animal for I don't know how long. THIS IS SO ADORABLE. <33333
As cute as this is though, foxes are not domestic animals, and should be free. I am sure this one is obviously a rescued one and would not survive in the wild, which is a completely different case, but just to have any fox as a pet? It wouldn't feel right. No matter how amazing it would be. Also this person is obviously foreign, so the laws are probably different. If this wasn't the case I would love to have one. <3

Yeah, she was apparently a rescue from a Czech fur farm.
It would be nice, though.

There's actually an ongoing experiment from the 1950's in Siberia with Silver Foxes.
They'd basically have a set of foxes they let breed naturally, then a group they selectively bred that showed passive traits. Foxes that wouldn't nip, were much more calm, etc.
It's funny becuase they started developing traits that you see with most domestic dogs. The passive group are starting to have tails that curl and their ears would flop, along with being more obedient and responsive to human verbal responses.
Who knows, maybe in another few years, Foxes will become domestic pets.

Looked it up on youtube. Here's a good video.
