That's the one thing FO3 did right, by being the first game to bring the Fallout universe to first-person and making all that was great about it easier to imagine, easier to make a world out of. And the atmosphere solely isn't worth $12.

Fallout 3 is better then NV in my opinion. Much better atmosphere and plot.
