Title: I got surgery a few days ago

Dropped something heavy on my big toe a bit back, and the nail didn't take to that too nicely.
You will now open a picture of my Shaq-sized feet, with a bandage over my toe.

When I was 5 at Disney world, I stuck my head out the monorail and a nail almost ripped my forehead off.

When I was very little ( 1 - 3, can't remember) I was chasing a dog and I fell and hit my eye in the corner of a coffee table. I almost lost my right eye. There is still a scar there, you can only see it if my face is red from crying/blushing etc

When I open my mouth all the way, I feel some slight resistance at the back of my lower jaw by my wisdom teeth. Sometimes it just locks up. Should I be getting them removed?

They run the risk of being impacted if you can already feel them getting in the way. That's what happened to mine. The tooth hits the jaw bone, and pushes. It causes the gums to swell and can be quite painful (mine would bleed all the time).

They just pull out my back molars, so my wisdom teeth could grow... couldn't eat for a couple days.

I got all 4 of my wisdoms taken out last November with just local anesthesia, so I was awake the whole time. 

The actual operation isn't bad.  The pain killers messed me up the most.

Also it sucks cause you can't eat hard food for a while, it hurts.

I had my 4 wisdom teeth out about a month ago. Deep anesthetic + long lasting freezing for me, ended up not being able to swallow [the painkillers they gave me] :(
The anesthetic was nice nice though; fell asleep without noticing and woke up when it was over without those freaky morphine dreams, so that was a plus.

And it would have been more but I paid $25 to join the dentists "plan"; Its not true insurance, but I get reduced prices.

Yes. I have 2 more, but they aren't causing problems yet. If I can wait until October, I will have dental.

1 year ago i had a tooth that was stuck between the gums so we had to surgically remove the gum for the tooth to come out

I can't go to a full time dentist to fix my teeth. I don't have $700 to fix one damn wisdom tooth without insurance, even though mine are in horrible condition. If anything I'd have to pay $75 to get something pulled by student dentists.

treated the wound myself with some paper tape, rum, paper towel, and antiseptic cream like a man
