I remember having to talk to Smolitov about not "...killing everyone because my karma's going to be shit anyways..." (aka rdmfunyaytime).

feel should do something about this. I got him to stop that time.

As far as I'm concerned he's done stuff like this in the past. Rdming before he leaves is a decent sized habit of his, as well as targeting and trolling/minging specific players.

I feel I should defend myself here. I am Smolitov. With the shotgunning, I was attempting to shoot the innocent, but my t-buddy got in the way. I apologized profusely afterwards, but I did take advantage of the scenario and declare myself proven. For the RDM, I generally don't, allthough twice before I have killed multiple innocents when I have killed one before. When I RDM/Leave, I do it because I get pissed off.

I would also like to add that Smolitov ran around the map today asking everyone if he could RDM them, because he didn't want his karma to reach 1000.

Very **plausible** as once I COMPLETELY ACCIDENTALLY killed a T bud, but played up the role play that the game mode allows, and declare myself proven

Hee, yes I did do that, I really didn't want my karma to reach 1000. I can't really say why I don't like it, I just don'.

If that T bud kill was an "accident" you shouldnt leave, its making yourself either evading ban or most likely a huge troll. Just stay there and restore you karma and be sure that the T bud kill will NEVER happen again.

Today we we're playing on urban ruins and he sprayed at least(maybe both, not sure) one of his t buds down to near death with a huge, and let someone else finish them off. Kahuna got a screen that should be here soon.

Actually, I was shooting the detective with a huge, and my T buddy was behind him. When the D died, he got some of the spray.

Well, if you can demonstrate it was an accident, you wouldn't be facing the banhammer in the first place, would you?

Out of curiosity, isn't there a difference between avoiding confrontation with VIP, admins, etc, and evading a ban - as in, leaving the server in the middle of a votekick, voteban?

Actually, I think they are the same thing if they leave due to the fact they would receive punishment if they had stayed.
