I randomly decided to spectate him and notice that he knows exactly where blah and ground are. Then i notice that after a min or 2 he goes and hides to turn off his wall-hack because he probably noticed me spectating him.

That's not a Steam ID ._..
Steam ID = Steam_1:1234567
or something like that.
You get it by typing status in console.

Im too lazy to read this report.

He said please why is it so hard to understand that people want something so small from you yet you refuse to do it by using the excuse "I'm lazy".
typing out Steam IDs is a bitch and can sometimes cause errors which can cause the wrong people getting banned. There's a reason the guidelines state to copy paste the Steam ID as well as providing detailed explanations on how to retrieve it.

Include the picture as proof of the correct ID, but type it out for yourself as well.
Easier for admins to solve the problem that way.
