Pretty much. She should of known standing near the fence with the plane starting could of been dangerous. Heck, the two others who were near her we're lucky not to get hurt too.

At first they wanted to check out the wind being blown from the jet until at the point they couldn't take the pressure so they tried to stick to the fence..

when I was a kid yeah, but not as an adult.. Like these two people were.
From the looks of it they were like "OMG LET'S GO" then when it started getting intense, they were like
"LUL NEVARMIND LUL I RUN AWAI NAOW I LETZ GO TUU"
