Mexico's Ultimate Minecraft Competition
When? Postponed until the servers are back up in business. You may still post if you would like to join. As before I WILL notify people in Steam chat and such when we will do this.

Events That Will Be Held
Archery
You will be given a Bow and Arrows so don't worry about it! Their will be a set number of courses where you shoot arrows, and you will have a limited amount of arrows (or not)
Fight To The Death
You will be placed in a arena with others to fight to the death you may choose between 1V1 or 2V2 you will be able to choose a set template of weapons (Ex. Archer:Bow, 64 arrows, 10 Beef)
Mob Survival
You will be placed in an arena where you must fight mobs. (You will be given supplies)
Track and field
You must run through a set course of obstacles
Swimming
You will swim through a set course this too has obstacles
Journey To The Center of The Earth
You will be given a designated spot to dig down the bedrock of earth. Everyone will be given a standard diamond pickaxe and shovel. You will find lots of ores on the way down, so it is your choice if you would rather mine them or keep digging
Snowball fight
You will be put in a snowy arena where you may ONLY fight with snowballs.
Maze
Be careful in our very VERY scary maze, hehe.
A few rules:- We will distribute all necessary items just before each event.
- You will not be allowed to bring in outside items: To ensure this, inventories will be deleted, to include armor, before each event.
- All participants will be temporarily demoted to prevent cheating. This is only for the duration of the events, and you will be repromoted upon elimination.
- Anyone caught hacking during events will be permanently banned, no questions asked.
- Moo's TS3 Server is where we will be during the event, it is NECESSARY for ALL PARTICIPANTS to at least have this running in the back, so that you may hear instructions and event informaton (We will be calling START from TS3 in an attempt to even out lag).
- "Trainers" are welcome and encouraged, but anyone caught helping a player cheat will be immediately and permanently disqualified from current and future events. They will also disqualify their "trainee".
- Anyone caught stealing materials from the site of the competition will be demoted and forced to sleep in the end until their home is found and burned to the ground/sufficiently destroyed by an enderdragon; you may only take items, IF specified.
- More rules may be added as issues are discovered.
Scoring System

Prizes
1st Place=Enchanted Sword, armor, and 32 Diamonds
2nd Place=Enchanted Sword, 32 Diamonds
3rd Place=50 Diamonds
4th Place= 30 Diamonds and 64 Iron Blocks
5th Place= 20 diamonds
6th Place and below
10 Diamonds and iron armor.
