Seriously, I don't care how much you do or don't like another person on the administration, COMMUNICATE. If you think that I made a bad decision promoting Keela, talk to me, say you want him demoted, etc, don't just demote him. I know it was probably either Snviy or Don... which both know I promoted him. If it was Hotgreen or someone else, that's fine. If it was Snivy or Don, I don't really care so much that he's demoted, but I'd really prefer you actually tell me you've demoted him and why.

I would like to request that before you guys go ahead and promote someone on ttt please tell me.
 And if you would be so inclined give me a short reason why you are promoting them.

It is rather confusing when I go on the server and something administrative has changed.

Or I have someone telling me "OMG XRAIN <XXXXX> ADMIN IS PROMOTING PEOPLE BEHIND YOUR BACK"

But we kind of agreed in the admin meeting or w.e that regular would be given on a person by person basis, as in if an admin feels they really deserve it ._..

I was referring to VIP promotions, I don't really care about regular promotions all that much... lol

Yea, lol. Was only Reg, not VIP. I know we're not supposed to be promoting VIPs like that... but to be honest I don't really even know what we're supposed to do for VIPs at this point with the whole application thing being changed... but, I don't want to promote anyone anyways so...
