More maps if possible.

More weapons if possible.

Disable teamkill.

Make it so you can choose which map you can have next.

it depends on the Game Engine for smoother gameplay.

Not that. Like crouching is jumppy and walking isnt smooth probably since the boat is moving but. Do note (If posible)
