The Daedric prince of madness, in the Elder Scrolls series. In Skyrim he is the daedric prince in Pelagius Septim III's mind. If you play any of the Elder Scrolls games, you will know who he is.

Actually, no. I played Morrowind, Oblivion, and Skyrim. It's almost impossible to remember all the crazy names they come up with. I "knew" who he was, but I had to google the name to remember the connection.

You are mistaking Sheogorath with Mehrunes Dagon.(Mehrunes Dagon was the last "boss" of oblivion. ->spoiler about oblivion ending

He wasn't a "boss" at all beacuse you don't even have to fight him, Martin(I believe this is the priest's name.) who turns into Akatosh and kills Mehrunes Dagon.

I didn't finish the dlc for oblivion(Realm of sheogorath or something like that), maybe you have to kill him there.
