nowadays in RND i feel like nobody actually cares about some reports.

If you actually informed yourself before spouting silly things you would know that admins can't do anything about reports unless the person is ingame.

He has been perminently banned, I have some additional evidence server side as well.

Actually you can, Send me a PM of the Report and I'll add them to the ban-list. Don't expect I ultra fast turn around, but I'll generally make it happen whenever I check the forums.
