He was being very racist towards Loke, even if he was joking. His attitude also heated things up.

I've been constantly told of his racist remarks, as well as chat spamming once.
I've given him a warning for it, and yet he hasn't quit.

Extended it to 12 hours for the guy to cool off.

If he does it again, he'll get a longer ban.
