Title: Heartbeats/Breathing on Low health(Zombie Survival)?

Would it be a waste to add a Heart Beat sound on Low health as a Human on zombie survival?
The Vision on low health is caused by Adrenaline, why not add a heartbeat sound?

or a Breathing Sound like in Half Life 2 when Gordon is having a clusterf*ck of teleports early in the game.

Just an idea.

Would get annoying quickly. I already can't stand the narrow-er vision.
