Hello, Michael797! Welcome to the rNd Forums! I'm very glad to finally meet you.

I'm Redeclipse, one of the forum's 'Regular' Members. Regulars - Like VIPs, can access certain tools, can vote -- funny thing is, only VIPs can start votes. They can vote aswell as regulars, but regulars simply can't start votes either. Types of votes at the moment are 'Votekick', 'Voteban', and I'm sure you can access some tools aswell as guests in wirebuild - Some tools, atleast. But anyway, feel free to browse the forums!
