Should i focus on adding more details lighting props or map planning

add recessed lighting to break up the bland ceiling.
and as far as an architectural standpoint is concerned, this room makes no sense. what is it supposed to be?

It depends on how often you want it played.
Plan out a map roughly, maybe make one room over the course of 1-2 days' work to ensure each room is aesthetically pleasing and has good flow.
Plainly put, people LOVE maps that have great gameplay and look awesome to top it off.
And on a final note, OPTIMIZE it. Don't settle for less, ever. :)

Well its suppose to be a lab i mean the name of the map is called labcomplex and this is just a uhm server room? i dont know lol
