5. Description of the event(s): When I was at checkpoint in zs, I saw a chem running very fast than the usual chem, me and other people saw an obvious chem speedhacker. Also when I checked his steam profile, he changed his name like every second and he has possible name change hacks.

6. Reason for ban: Speedhacks, name change hacks
