Anyway, time to Kick Ass and give out bubble gum. Hopefully this will encourage more people to give out food/jobs/clothing directly to homeless people.

Degtyarev did, although descreetly. It's just that (at least in my POV) there was no reason to state it. Now when are we going to get a smiley face with glasses?
