Reason to become VIP:
-Been on rANdOm for a few months
-Enforces the rules on all servers
-Haven't been reported for abuse. (Well I did once, but now I'm good)
-Friends with pretty much all RND members.
-I'm practically the only known member that keeps an eye on flood.
