Title: Auto-kick for excessively high ping

This is getting out of hand, and it really does lag. I think most people can attest to the fact that TTT is especially laggy with hit registration and movement.

My ping is usually over 200 and I don't think the entire server starts lagging because of this.
I agree though that pings over 350 should result in auto-kick.

One client's ping can't affect the server or other player's connection, it's just that client's connection to the server. At least I think so.
Anyways... auto-kick for it would be stupid either way, cause since it's the client's connection to the server, their ping is going to be larger if they live further away from the server host... not necessarily meaning they're slow or laggy.

A DoD server I played not long ago had that, once my ping reached 200 I was kicked, but I wasn't lagging at all.

My mother was using my internet so thats why i got the frikin lag.

maybe... you could think of it as most of the people playing are from other countries around the world and internet might not be as cheap where you are from  :jackolantern: :jackolantern: THE MORE THE MERRIER, higher ping = moar SO I HEREBY SAY IT IS MERRIER kthxbai im laying down my  :magichammer:

All Brits have over 200 ping just because of the distance we live from server, I never get lag or anyone else complaining, itsyour ahitty Internet that is the cause so don't go blaming people with high ping


I once had problems with my ISP and had 800 ping, it only lagged me and not anyone else >O
