As i remember you don't really report an attempted RDM if its only on you, and if you would suggest hacks he could have just got lucky -_-, normally whenever i get RDM'd it's if i spawn right next to the guy so it could have been anyone.

The report is on First blood rdm. I didn't want him to stay any longer to prove it was hacks or whatver.
If you look at the time it started, it was 2sec in the round.
Hacks or not, he hit a traitor first before any damage was dealt.

but he also damaged kahuna, and (lulzy) he was the one who damaged him the most.

I think a kick is enough of a punishment for this.

If he does it again, talk to me over Steam and then he'll get banned.
