Yeah, I just logged into Tf2 and got it.
I bought Tf2 after the whole 3rd party Idling Nonsense, so how the hell did I find this?

IT means you havent idled. I have one too, pisses all the idlers off because they lost all their stuff after the update

I know, but it was only obtainable to non-Idlers a certain day a while ago. I joined TF2 after that day, but just got it today.

Cheater's Lament doesn't have anything to do with common idling.
Everyone that didn't use that idling program made by drunken f00l received the Lament, even VAC banned people ... :pacman:

I just started up TF2 and unlocked an achievement before doing anything.

Here's an easy way to find items.
Go to an Idle Server.
And choose Spectator.
Idle there for 8-10 hours.
After that, choose a team and die.
You'll maybe get 6-8 items.
