I like the blue. I've always liked "mood" lighting, really sets off the room. IMO.

Maybe the dark lighting here is not an error. Just well placed lights.
You could test around with the linear/quadratic keyvalues in your light by setting either linear or quadratic to 1 and the other to 0
but you should test that in another map so you wouldn't need to compile this one over and over again.

And from that one screenshot, I honestly like that monochrome blue feeling.
It really suits the combine textures on the walls.

I've got a question:

I made the map in hammer configured for gmod, so I had to extract the materials and models from css to gmod.  That means in hammer editor, css junk shows up as under the mod "garry's mod".  Will the css textures be treated as custom textures?  I also used two custom textures for the waterfalls, will this be a problem?  Is everything just in the BSP already?

Basically what I'm asking is, if the map works for me in my own gmod, will it work and look the same in everyone else's gmod?

When it's on the Rnd server and people download the .bsp file, will they have everything they need to view correctly, or is all the junk used in the map not automatically packed in there?

They won't be able to see custom textures, you need to pack them into the BSP using some packing program. Here's a tutorial on one of them

Found the police model, it was in:
sourcemodels.gcf

My only remaining problem is...the elevator.  It's a tracktrain that goes between two floors.  It uses four buttons, top and bottom floors inside and outside the elevator.  Idk how to make an advanced I/O system for it to lock and unlock the buttons to prevent spam and to kill people trying to glitch it.  My systems always end up locking it but the unlock part never works haha.

Why not make the elevator broken and have a vent open in it and a emergency ladder so you can go up and down.
And some stairs as well.

It should be fixed, the link is the same but the file is updated.

- Missing models were due to duplicate models in a second filepath (fixed now)
- final tweaks are done

Tezuni, you need to make a way for people who are stuck in the elevator shaft to get out. Right now people can just walk in there and get at the mercy of the other people.

It's a good map though, aside from that problem.

File updated to v2, changes include:

- elevator now crushes anyone trying to block it in any way (steady damage of 5 health per second)
- ladder in elevator shaft to get down, but not up
- new teleport in red room leading to surface
- hard to escape area on surface fixed with a ladder to get out
- vent from lab to surface can now now be climbed into (used to be one-way)
- extra shotgun added

-revamp deagle room <DONE>

-restored deagles to: building, red room <DONE>
-T tester opens from back when tater is tested <DONE>
