Why I want to be Regular and why I should be Regular:
I want to be regular because I really improved over the past 3 months plus
I want to help the community be a better place. This is a community I loved since the start
and I wish the best for this community. Why Should be Regular is because I want to start new,
I don't want to make people mad or sad, I want to make them happy so they can come back to the
servers back and forth.

The fact people haven't been complaining or making reports on you recently CAN'T be a bad thing.

People haven't been complaning because I've started new.
I took Cable's Advice(I think it was him) and started new.
So I put everything behind me.

I have no idea I deleted this account 7 months ago and I created a new one.

Remaking this app would probably be smart.  Because this is just a big pile of "wtf"  or better yet, why not just wait to re-apply.

I can lock and deny the app, but if I do that I won't want you to post another instantly. You'd have to wait again.
Also, the thread won't be deleted. Only locked and denied. Avoiding your problems doesn't fix anything.
