Cartoon Network didn't make that, they are just showing all the comic sketches since MAD TV was just canceled off of fox last year. (Mad TV is rather similar to Saturday night live, just less funny...)

But yea I agree Cartoon Network has definitely gone farrr downhill ever since The cartoon network real crap came out, that stuff is terrible :( Specially the animated reality show crap they are doing :'(
