Title: How worrying effects you
Post by: ○ Μαρία ○ on December 08, 2011, 01:35:55 PM
Pretty simple, how does worrying effect you? Do you worry a lot, or not really. And if any, how do you react during the time you are worrying or concerned over something.
I myself am a HUGE worrier, and it's not very good. I worry about school, and well, just about everything else. When I seriously worry about something though I tend to stop eating, sleeping (or have nightmares), feel awkward around people, and just feel like poop all the time. The only way to get over this really is to either fix whatever problems I am having, or get over it. :1

When I think I might worry about something, I try to not think about it.

I'm a pretty huge worrier too :L. Usually if I'm REALLY worried about something I won't sleep well, and lose my focus easily :L.

Stress fucks me up. This summer, I lost 50 lbs and half my hair. Unfortunately gained it all back but still, that's fucked up

I often get stressed out for upcoming tests/presentations

I don't worry.

This.

I look to the future and do what needs to be done think "there will be worse days". But what matters to me is that life is stable and I'm happy.

I'm worried about time. Never enough time to do anything. And hour from home to school. Thankfully I leave at 2:00 so I get home at 3. STILL NOT ENOUGH TIME.

Aside from school, I almost never worry.
For me, I'm always looking at the bright side in everything, seeing that it's not all that bad.

School just stresses me out to the max though - _ -

I'm worried about time. Never enough time to do anything. And hour from home to school. Thankfully I leave at 2:00 so I get home at 3. STILL NOT ENOUGH TIME.

I won't even joke.

Countless times, people tell me "OMG YOU'LL BE LATE" or "OMG UNIT WTF Y U SO SLOW/Y U WALKING SO SLOW? GNSDNGNSDG/OMGTHISWILLTAKEFOREVAR/OMG Y TIME FLIES WEN U HAZ FUN/ Y U SLEEP BRO NO TIEM FOR DIS GETUPGETUPGEGEGEDDFGD".

And you know what happens? I'm always early/I have all the time in the world to fuck around and then some, and then some. Somehow, I just manage to get where I need to be, when I need to be there.

I sleep in every morning and I'm still the first person in fucking anywhere.

I DON'T SLEEP properly and I still trip into class first with my head on the desk for about 10-15 minutes.

I have time, too much time. At least, it feels that way. Always feels like I'm in a bubble of some sort.

I even woke up 30 something minutes late once this year, and still WALKED to school on time (School is 7-9 minute drive depending on traffic).

Not even walked, Lazily waddled along the sidewalk while taking in the Sunrise. I stare at the wall and think a million thoughts while losing track of time, and when I come to it's only been 5 minutes.

Right now I'm typing this and it's not even midnight where I am.

If I didn't know any better, I'd say someone put something in my water every day :u

School just stresses me out to the max though - _ -

And that couldn't be said better.

I worry EXTREMELY. I get headaches, my morale is low, my hands shake more than they already do, and I get depressed if it's bad enough.

Go with the flow simple as that.
Just have to be aware of your situation and think clear.

Worrying about something actually helps me think more clearly and be more focused on it. (Depends what) It makes me a bit stressful too, but I usually worry about stuff in the same day or day after........And I barely worry anyway.

Worrying is something Im constantly doing. Often I end up staring at a wall for over an hour, thinking of every possible outcome.
Its creepy as hell ._.

I got used to all the worry and stress so it doesn't really effect my actions much, well sometimes I think about some things that bother me or do it when I'm bored.

I tend not to worry about things. I have too many high-stress things that I do so if I worried about them all the time I'd probably go insane.

What I generally do is itemize what I have to do, and just be cognizant of what needs to be done. That way I remember what I need to do but I'm not concerning myself with all the possible outcomes, just what outcome I want to come out of it, and what I need to do to get it that outcome.

Don't get me wrong I still get butterfly's in my stomach before I do something big, but it generally doesn't keep me awake at night.

I worry about all the bad things. How do I look, what will people think about me, what should/shouldn't I say...
And when I'm stressed, I eat more and sleep more, and I only feel shittier. I fucking hate myself.

Yeah pretty much everyone has to worry about SOMETHING.
You worry because whatever youre worrying about can drastically change the future which is something you aren't prepared for.

Hell even right now I'm worrying about something..

I love that.
Yeah though my worrying does effect me badly, I try to stay as positive as possible. The best way I can get rid of my worry is to go talk to my friend. She always knows what to say and how to say it to make me think clearly and resolve my issuses. :3
