I'm not surprised. I always saw people breaking the rules when no source of authority was on. Even then though, after I started making reports, some people would do it when I wasn't there.

Dr. Octa, i saw him alot of times, the guys a freaken bomb waiting to go off, normally rages if he doesn't get his way so yes he should be banned  :thumbsup:

I don't like to be the one to point this out, but the admins don't really want only +1's and -1's. It doesn't help them in any way.

Dr.Octagonnapus has OFTEN broken the rules, I think he should get a more severe punishment then normal, or even a perma. He has been a nuisance to the servers.

This is obvious evidence.
HOWEVER,
people saying he should be banned for a longer duration - word of mouth is not evidence. If you feel he should be banned longer, talk to me over steam or open another report.

Anyway.
Back to business.

DrOctagonnapus is now demoted to Guest.
As well as banned for one day.
